Janus will be offering a series of monthly classes focusing on expanding your awareness of the subtle energies that surround us on this earth journey. She will be your guide in exploring the extra sensory self that is our natural human birthright. Each month the class will delve into a different aspect of sensing through heightened sound, touch, sight and smell. Each month you will learn about different tools to use to open your inner eyes.

This month's class will include exercises for centering and building personal energy. Recognizing and organizing your own energy creates a foundation for your experiences in the realms of expanded awareness.

For these classes you need to bring a pad of paper and something to write with. No cell phones nor computers will be allowed.
